iRest® Yoga Nidra is an evidence based ancient transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry that releases negative emotions and thought patterns, calms the nervous system, and develops an inner sanctuary of well-being and equanimity that underlies all circumstance you may encounter in your life.

Research has shown iRest effectively reduces PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and chemical dependency, as well as increases well-being. It is an adjunctive treatment that has been integrated into veteran settings, homeless shelters, clinics, and healing and meditation centers, where healthcare professionals are integrating iRest to facilitate their own and their clients’ healing and wellbeing.

iRest® will assist people to develop a increased sense of control in their lives, improve relationships, have more confidence and joy in life, improve energy levels and have a great sense of peace and well-being.

iRest essentially teaches you how to live a contented life, free of conflict, anxiety, fear and suffering by opening your mind and body to their inherent ground of health and wholeness.

If you are wanting to claim for Medicare rebates, you will need to take this letter to your GP.  You can only claim from Medicare for the sessions that you attend.

Registration for the course

Cost is $210 which includes 6 weeks course, materials and recordings of the IRest Yoga Nidra program.

All equipment is provided.  Please where something comfortable for lying down and resting.

To secure your place full payment is required.

In case of cancellations, notice of a minimum of one week is required to receive a refund for the course, minus a $50 admin fee.

No refund will be given with less than 1 week notice of cancellation.

You can transfer your place to another person and there will be no charge (they will still need to complete the necessary registration form).
